**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute visually appealing print designs for various mediums, including brochures, posters, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and create designs that align with client branding and project goals.
- Produce digital assets for websites, social media, and other online channels, ensuring design consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and layout to meet professional printing standards.
- Stay updated on current design trends, print techniques, and digital design tools, bringing fresh ideas to each project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in graphic design with a focus on **print media**; experience in digital design is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with layout and typesetting principles, as well as pre-press and print production processes.
- Experience with color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of digital design software and tools is an added advantage.
- **Portfolio**: Demonstrated experience in print and digital design. A portfolio showcasing branding, print collateral, and digital assets is required.
