**Introduction**:
Cappella Sports Private Limited, a leading sports equipment retailer, is seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Plus Expert to join our team. We operate a thriving e-commerce platform hosted on Shopify Plus, and we are looking for a talented individual who can develop and maintain our website to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic sports retail brand.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Website Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and implement website design improvements, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Develop custom features and functionalities to enhance the website's performance and drive conversions.

2. Shopify Plus Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the Shopify Plus platform, ensuring its optimal performance, stability, and security. Stay updated on the latest Shopify Plus features and functionalities and recommend and implement upgrades when necessary.

3. E-commerce Optimization: Continuously analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement. Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and increase customer engagement.

5. Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to website issues, bugs, and inquiries from internal teams and external customers promptly and efficiently. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve any website-related issues.

6. SEO and Analytics: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and ensure the website's visibility and ranking on search engines. Utilize analytical tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

7. Training and Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to internal stakeholders on the usage of the Shopify Plus platform, including content management, order fulfilment, and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining e-commerce websites on the Shopify Plus platform.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus features, themes, and app integrations.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Liquid, Shopify's templating language.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
