**Position: Telecaller (Work From Home)**

**Product: AI Sales Caller Product**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential leads provided by the company and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Understand the features and benefits of the AI Sales Caller Product by watching the provided video link.
- Effectively communicate the product's value proposition and answer any questions or concerns from leads.
- Build rapport with leads and maintain a positive relationship throughout the sales process.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve the target of 10 successful closures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities.

Compensation:

- Incentives: Earn INR 500 for each successful closure achieved beyond the target of 10.
- Target: Close a minimum of 10 sales to be eligible for the fixed salary and incentives.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade leads.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in using telecommunication tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection to work from home.
