**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Site Engineer** to support our on-site engineering operations. You will assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction or installation activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and project execution.
- Monitor work progress and report issues or delays to the Site Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, material logs, and inspection records.
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and project documentation.
- Help resolve site-related technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience (site exposure is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic MS office Knowledge.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project needs.
- Must have 2 wheeler with license.
