**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect with 10+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or technology organizations and with in-depth understanding of typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Forms, Campaign, Target, Analytics, Launch, AEP, etc) of the Adobe Marketing Suite to join the TCS Adobe Practice Team.

The right teammate will be well versed on presales, solution, estimation for solutions and delivery involving Adobe products and has strong architectural skills in the Adobe Cloud / Adobe Experience Manager.

Understanding on AEM, Adobe Target, AEP, Campaign and other Adobe Technologies

Knowledge on DTM/Launch/Tealium/Ensighten and marketing pixels

Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data

Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
- Able to define KPIs for new projects/enhancements and utilize best practices to design and architect best fit solution.

Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting

Headless CMS concepts and implementation experience

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills

Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences
