**Job Purpose**

The Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering quality education, facilitating a positive learning environment, and ensuring the holistic development of students in the primary grades. They will implement the school curriculum, use innovative teaching techniques, and assess student progress to support academic, emotional, and social development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and guidelines.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods (including group work, independent tasks, and hands-on activities) to foster active learning.
- Incorporate the use of technology, interactive boards, and learning aids.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a disciplined, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies to support student engagement.
- Ensure all students feel supported and included, adapting to individual learning needs.
- **Student Assessment & Progress**:

- Assess student performance regularly through formative and summative evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and report progress to parents during parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain records of students’ academic performance, attendance, and behavior.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure cohesive curriculum delivery.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, development workshops, and school events.
- **Personal & Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with new teaching techniques, educational developments, and resources.
- Attend mandatory professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**:

- Support and lead extra-curricular activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of students.
- Encourage student participation in school events, competitions, and community outreach programs.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) and for French DELF B1/A1 or a relevant field.
- Proven experience teaching at the primary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about nurturing young minds.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time role within regular school hours, with occasional participation in after-school programs or events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
