Almas Hospital is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering quality medical services with compassion and excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated **Purchase Executive** and **Store Incharge** to strengthen our procurement and inventory management functions.

**1. Purchase Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end hospital procurement processes (medical, surgical, and general items).
- Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely supply.
- Maintain vendor relations, contracts, and performance evaluation.
- Process purchase orders, quotations, and approvals in line with hospital policies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with departments to avoid shortages.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare procurement preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of hospital supplies and materials.
- Excellent communication and computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems).

**2. Store Incharge**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day hospital store operations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of medicines and materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with purchase and user departments for stock planning.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO methods to minimize wastage and expiry.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Materials Management or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare stores.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
