Position Overview: The BBA Professor is responsible for delivering high-quality education in Business Administration at the undergraduate level. This role involves teaching, research, curriculum development, and fostering student engagement to prepare future business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Learning:
Implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.

Assess student performance through examinations, projects, and presentations.

2. Curriculum Development:
Contribute to the design and ongoing improvement of the BBA curriculum in alignment with industry standards and NAAC guidelines.

Ensure course content is relevant, practical, and promotes critical thinking and decision-making skills.

3. Research and Publication:
Conduct scholarly research in areas related to business administration and publish findings in reputable journals.

Guide and supervise students in their research projects and internships.

4. Academic Support and Mentorship:
Provide academic advising to students regarding course selection and career pathways.

Mentor junior faculty members and support their professional development.

5. Quality Assurance:
Adhere to NAAC guidelines related to teaching quality, research contributions, and community engagement.

Participate in self-assessment and accreditation processes to uphold academic standards.

6. Industry and Community Engagement:
Collaborate with industry professionals to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and workshops for students.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
