**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM professional in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
