**Job Description - Professor (Shalakya Tantra Department)**

**Institution**: Major S.D. Singh Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Fatehgarh, Farrukhabad, U.P.
**Position**: Professor - Shalakya Tantra

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students as per NCISM/University guidelines.
- Conduct theory, practical, and clinical training in Shalakya Tantra.
- Supervise OPD/IPD patients and guide students in clinical practice.
- Mentor junior faculty, PG scholars, and interns.
- Participate in research, publications, and academic development of the department.
- Maintain academic and clinical records as required.

**Eligibility (As per NCISM norms)**:

- MD/MS (Ayurveda) in **Shalakya Tantra** from a recognized institution.
- Minimum **10 years teaching experience**, including **5 years as Reader/Associate Professor**.
- Research/publications in reputed journals desirable.

**Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of Shalakya Tantra with strong teaching and clinical skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

**Remuneration**: As per NCISM/UGC norms, commensurate with experience.
