**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Product Packaging: Properly pack products using appropriate materials to ensure**

**quality and safety.**

**Labeling & Sorting: Accurately label, sort, and organize packed goods before dispatch.**

**Quality Inspection: Check packaging for defects and ensure compliance with company**

**Standards.**

**Material Handling: Maintain and manage packing materials and report stock shortages.**

**Inventory Management: Keep records of packed goods and assist in stock audits.**

**Logistics Support: Assist in loading, unloading, and preparing products for shipment.**

**Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.**

**Requirements**:
**Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (basic reading and documentation skills**

**required).**

**Experience: Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics is preferred but not**

**Mandatory.**

**Skills**:
**Ability to handle packing materials and tools efficiently.**

**Attention to detail is needed to ensure proper labeling and quality.**

**Basic organizational skills to manage product arrangements.**

**Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and pack products as required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
