**Position Overview**:
The Business Partner (BP) collaborates with business leaders developing and implementing strategies to promote the company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for effective business promotion.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and materials to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Promote the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all promotional activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Marketing
- **Experience**: Proven experience with a track record of business promoter typically 2-5 years.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and project management abilities.
