**Position - Instrumentation, Qualification - B.E/ B.tech with Exp - 8 Yrs+**

**Age - 34 Maximum**

**Job Description**1. Ensure plant and equipment are well maintained and safe to operate
2. Provide leadership to Instrument Engineering personnel and technicians / officers in Department and engineering activities
3. Make R&M, Capex budgets for the relevant area and get the same approved from his RA1
4. Ensure compliance to laid down PIL Policies and procedures at all times.
5. Implement, Monitor and report MIs /KIs and KPIs
6. Manage and integrate brown field projects in his area as advised by his RA1
7. Ensure 100% compliance to break down SOP and Work Permit Systems
8. Ensure 100% compliance of statutory requirement in his area of work.
9. Ensure 100% compliance to Preventive and Predictive Maintenance schedules
10. Conduct inhouse technical trainings to Engineers, Technicians and Contract Workmen.
11. Monitor Work done by Contractors for Quality and Timeliness and ensure that measurement sheet of jobs done to be signed within 7 days and bill to account to be submitted within 30 days after signed off measurement sheet.
12. Conduct Review of Critical Equipment List as well as Critical Spares and ensure critical spares are planned and maintained at all times.
13. Ensure that all the Engineering and maintenance activities are performed as per EHS requirement of PIL and local regulatory requirements
14. Deploy Proper Controls and actions at workplace to ensure that there zero reportable incidents in his areas of work and ensure reporting of near misses. Carry out timely actions for closure of the same.
15. Ensure that the equipment integrity and safety is maintained well so as to avoid injury to operating people and damage to properties.
16. Ensure equipment failures are not leading to product quality deterioration
a. Ensure that repeat failures are reduced by 50% YoY
b. Prepare various daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports. Ensure timely completion of IRM Presentation, engineering dashboard compliances. Ensure timely compliance of SAP PM Module requirement
17. Energy conservation& cost saving
a. Ensure that high energy consuming equipment are functioning properly and energy is not wasted
b. Implement energy saving measures and keep track of the savings committed
c. Replace inefficient equipment phase wise and help the plant's energy performance is high
d. Introduce innovation and new ways of working to reduce the cost of asset management and cost efficiency of the plant.
e. Focused improvement, technology updation & automation to reduce manual work & ease in process operations. Kaizen tracking and timely implementation of all ideas from whole team.
18. People and contract management
a. Responsible for developing his team members & contractors
b. Ensure adequately trained people are only engaged to perform critical jobs
c. Ensure that all the planned Role Based trainings are attended for himself and people reporting to him
19..Implementation of EHS, 5S, SAP system, ISO 14001 & OHSAH 18001.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
