**About the role**

As a Microsoft 365 Architect, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and oversee the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions for organizations. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and services, and develop comprehensive strategies to optimize productivity, security, and collaboration within their environments. Along the way, you will get to:

- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design tailored Microsoft 365 solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Deployment & Implementation: Lead the deployment process of Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring smooth integration and configuration across various systems and user bases.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 suite components, including but not limited to Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange On premise 2010-2019, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, File Server Migration, and M365 Defender. Cross-platform migration experience from Google Workspace, Lotus Notes, GroupWise etc. Experience with handling migration tools such as Quest, Bit Titan etc.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance standards are met, maintaining data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users, administrators, and IT teams to maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 tools.

**What we’re looking for**

- Extensive experience (12 - 15 years) in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite components, associated services, and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar qualifications are preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field. Preferably a master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- Microsoft Security & Azure certifications are preferable SC-400, SC-300, SC-200, SC-100 and AZ-104
- Proven track record in leading successful Microsoft 365 deployments or migrations.
- Experience in scripting and automation for Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
- Knowledge of hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) integration strategies.
