**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, including refrigerant leaks, electrical problems, and mechanical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and cleaning services.
- Install and replace components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices in all work performed.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of issues and repair recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and customer interactions.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an AC Technician (minimum [number] years)
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and practices
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- HVAC certification or relevant trade school diploma (preferred)
