- To work and resolve technical problems in Linux/AIXs and work on service Operations tasks(Incident, Change, Problem, Patching) in 24X7 rotation
- Liaise with other support teams to address the internal support team’s issues as well as share and adopt best practices being followed.

**What will you be doing?**
- Act as technical first point of contact internally and externally for break fix, incident, event, change and problem management.
- Promote the use of Technical Standards, Procedures and Best Practice and maximize the use of toolsets and automation

**What we’re looking for**:

- Engineering graduate with 10 years of experience in supporting enterprise Unix environment
- RedHat Linux certified
- Knowledge of AIX/Solaris
- Excellent knowledge of Veritas volume manager, Veritas cluster and VVR
- Chef / powerbroker / Ansible / Perl / Shell / Python / dejango / Ruby

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Excellent communication and articulation skill
- Ability to lead shift operation and drive interaction with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of automation, Chef, Powerbroker technologies
- Knowledge of AWS/Cloud technology
