**Job Title: Personal Secretary**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Schedules**: Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements1.
- **Prepare Documents**: Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents1.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and act as a trusted advisor.
- **Coordinate Meetings**: Oversee logistics for meetings and events, including venue selection and attendee management.
- **Process Expenses**: Manage expense reports and budget tracking for personal and professional expenditures.
- **Screen Calls**: Act as the first point of contact, screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests.
- **Personal Tasks**: Perform personal tasks for the executive, such as running errands or personal shopping.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Integrity**: Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
