JD for Supervisor

1. You are responsible for giving proper instructions to the machine operators of the job contractor for producing the jobs as per drawings and Dimension specification provided to you by the company.

2. Allocating machine wise work to the machine operators.

3. Ensure the machine is operating properly or in case of any break down inform immediately to the maintenance department.

4. Daily report of work accomplished by you. Note all activities carried out/ completed on the diary, put up same to the proprietor on daily basis.

5. Ensure proper cleaning of Machine

6. Ensure Proper Lubrication of Machine

7. Inspection of Jobs.

8. Proper Care to be taken for inspection equipment being used by you.

9. Keep space around the machine clean.

10. Complete the production as per the time cycle and targets given to you.

11. Proper Usage of Tools I.e inserts, drills, grinding wheels, diamond dressers etc.

12. Any other work given by the management.
