The **Assistant Professor of BBA (FinTech)** will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in financial technology and business administration. The role includes conducting research, staying updated with emerging trends in digital finance, and contributing to the academic community through scholarly publications, industry collaborations, and thought leadership.

This position also involves mentoring students, developing curriculum aligned with industry requirements, integrating real-world business cases into the classroom, and actively participating in departmental and institutional activities.

**Eligibility Criteria (mandatory)**:

- Master’s Degree in Finance, Management, Business Analytics, FinTech, or related discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong academic background with a focus on financial technology.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Research publications in national or international peer-reviewed journals.
- Familiarity with domains such as:
Blockchain & Digital Currencies, Financial Analytics, Digital Payments & Banking, AI & ML in Financial Technology, Programming in Python, R, SQL for finance

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver theoretical and practical sessions in BBA (FinTech) courses.
- Develop and regularly update course content based on industry standards.
- Mentor students in projects, internships, and professional development.
- Engage in academic and research-related activities.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and assessments.
