**2. Qualification & experience**: /Diploma/ ITI/ Draugting coures with minimum 3 years work experience. in Retail / Commercial/ Building / Industrial Projects.

**Nature of Employment **:12 months further extendable contract through M.M.K Enterprises.

**4. Location **:Thane Belapur Road, Ghansoli, Mumbai - 400701

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Drafting and designing of PHE (Plumbing System): internal and external drainage layouts, water supply layouts, UGT and OHT layouts, water supply schematics, etc.

Drafting and designing of fire-fighting and fire alarm public addressable layouts along with respective schematics.

Drafting and designing of HVAC - VRV/VRF, Exhaust & Fresh Air Ventilation systems.

Conducting site visit as when required.
