Key Responsibilities:

- **Campaign Development and Management**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all channels.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights to track and report on campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, design team, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
