Agronomist - Sugarcane

**Qualification Needed**: B. Sc/ M. Sc in Agriculture
**Experience Required**: 5 - 7 Years in Sugarcane Industry**Responsibilities**:_

**A) Product Development**:

- Develop and implement product development activities with key customers **(*_**cane dept. of sugar mills)*_
- Identify key farmers and their plots for conducting demos.
- Initiate and implement field demos, as per protocols.
- Collect and collate observation and data in a timely manner, as per protocols.
- Work along with Cane dept. personnel for all the above in order to ensure their involvement.
- Develop interpersonal relations with relevant stakeholders.
- Development of Marketing tools
- Capture audio visuals of various stages of demos to showcase product and technology USPs, including developing testimonials of key farmers and stakeholders.

**B) Internal Field Trials**:

- Conducting internal trials for new and existing products and generate data as per the protocol provided.

**C) Customer Relation Management**:

- Maintain good rapport with regional KDMs of customers.
- develop good working relation with customers’ field teams.

**D) Sales Growth and Market intelligence**
- Responsible to drive growth over previous year benchmarks in the region
- Work along with customers team and capture seasonal POGs and liquidation.
- Provide forecast for the region and track placement of demand from customers ground team.
- Provide market information w.r.t. emerging trends in key crops of the region, marketing, other issues.
- Provide competitor activity updates, including product pricing, new product introduction, innovative mktg. tools, etc.
- Provide timely & holistic feedback on Novo BioAg product/technology adoption & other issues.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
