**Job Purpose**

External Affairs Management with Central Government Ministries and Departments and assist Coordination activities for Organization and Senior Management.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Develop and maintain in-roads into key ministries and departments both afresh and leveraging existing contacts. Key Ministries and Offices include Finance, MHA, NITI Aayog, Commerce and Industries, MSME, MEITY, PMO, etc.
- Effectively assist and co-ordinate Management meetings at various ministries leveraging contacts and relations.
- Coordination activities with Central Govt. Ministries, Govt. Departments as and when required as per organizational requirements
- Advocacy with Govt. using various fora including industry fora.
- Subject matter knowledge on issues being dealt by Organization with various government departments to make suggestions and MIS and represent organization externally.
- Engage with industry Fora to ensure Vi position is suitably reflected in industry positioning
- Coordinate with NSCS as Representative of the Company as Nodal Officer for various requirements.
- Grievance officer for Company for MEITY Intermediary Guidelines & Code of Ethics
