We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Production Supervisor** to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Your role will involve managing a team of production workers, monitoring production schedules, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the production process.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Train and develop production staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Monitor and control production costs to optimize operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a production department within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials used in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to production management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
