**Location: Bangalore**

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Japanese Language Teacher** to join our team in Bangalore to support language training initiatives and cross-cultural communication efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive Japanese language classes for beginners to advanced-level learners.
- Design course materials, lesson plans, and assessments based on learners’ needs.
- Prepare students for language proficiency exams such as JLPT (N5 to N1 levels).
- Provide support in language translation and interpretation as needed for internal teams or programs.
- Incorporate cultural learning and understanding into language sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other trainers and departments to align training goals with organizational objectives.
- Organize language workshops, cultural events, and immersion activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Japanese language.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; certification in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N3, N2/N1 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Japanese grammar, vocabulary, and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage learners of various age groups.
- Experience with virtual/classroom training tools and materials is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience teaching in a corporate or educational institution.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Indian cultural context and sensitivity to multicultural environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,543.69 - ₹30,000.00 per month
