Dms Trainer

Train new employees by delivering trainings.
- Developing training materials for new processes or procedures
- Assisting in developing policies and procedures for training and development programs
- Conducting performance evaluations of employees who may need additional training on their job functions
- Preparing and administering tests to measure the knowledge gained from training
- Providing feedback to trainers about the quality of their instruction and the effectiveness of their methods
- Conducting or overseeing training sessions on topics such as computer programs, equipment operation, or specialized processes
- Developing training materials and conducting training sessions to teach employees how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Training: 3 years (preferred)
