We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Lifelinks Constrovista. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, from greeting clients in our showroom to guiding them through the process of selecting the perfect furniture for their homes or businesses. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, offering expert advice, and closing sales that meet both customer satisfaction and company targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the best furniture solutions for their homes or office spaces.
- Greet and engage showroom visitors, offering an excellent customer service experience throughout their visit.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements better and offer tailored recommendations.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and warranties to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make an informed purchase.
- Maintain product knowledge by participating in training and learning about new products as they are introduced.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
