We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Telecaller** to join our growing **healthcare brand**. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling **inbound and outbound calls**, addressing customer inquiries, promoting our healthcare products, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and pitch relevant healthcare products.
- Handle inbound calls from existing or interested customers and provide detailed product information.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance their health and well-being.
- Follow up on previous leads and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and healthcare industry trends.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence and clarity in voice with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or wellness products is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,052.08 - ₹43,472.32 per month
