1- Communicate with Engineers & Customers
2- Log The Case in Ticketing System IT Helpdesk and Assign the Case to Engineer and flow up till customer problem closer related to CCTV and Computer Internet, Network Etc.
3- Discuss with Client to collect payment after the work cash or NEFT.
4- Assign the Net part to Engineer along with recovery of Faulty part if any device under warranty.
5- Maintain the customer record's and Hardware software Inventory of Customer Devices.
6- Discuss with client for contact Renewal.
7- Make the Agreements for contract for the clients projects.
8- Maintain all the the office records and customer records up to date.
Reporting to Director and Proprietors of Company.. Multiple benefits for employees like yearly Picnic Party.. Dinner Get-together with OEMs.
