**Job Title - Accounts Executive**

**Experience: 2-6 Years**

**Shift: 1:30pm -10:30pm IST**
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Ability to work at a moderate to high pace while ensuring thoroughness and accuracy of work.
- Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Must work in US/UK/EU/India Recruitment Business.
- Maintaining, Updating, Books.
- Timesheet follow-up.
- Maintain and preparing data for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process using Xero
- Follow up with Clients on payments/discrepancies on payments/dues.
- Answer Clients and Consultants questions related to Invoices, Net Terms.
- Preparing ageing report of accounts payable using Xero.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Generate and maintain financial reports using excel.
- On time billing Invoices distribution & follow ups for payments.
- Financial Reporting & audit preparation and Coordinate the audit process.
- Coordinate with the internal teams before every payroll, to check the status of projects of consultants on billing and margins.
- Coordinate with CA for the monthly employee salaries and taxation.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad - 5, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
