**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Ideation & Concept Development**:

- Develop engaging content concepts and strategies aligned with the firm’s brand and goals.
- Create innovative ideas for reels on topics like admissions guidance, visa tips, test preparation, student experiences, and campus life abroad.
- Research social media trends and adapt them to education-related storytelling.
- **Content Creation & Execution**:

- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels, short videos, and posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Work with counselors and students to feature authentic experiences and success stories.
- Ensure all content is visually appealing, informative, and brand-consistent.
- **Engagement & Community Building**:

- Create content that sparks interaction, such as Q&A reels, myth-busting videos, and student journey highlights.
- Collaborate with current and past students for testimonial-based reels.
- Monitor audience engagement and suggest improvements to grow reach.
- **Brand Promotion & Campaigns**:

- Use trending audio, hashtags, and formats to maximize visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment.
- **Analytics & Optimization**:

- Track performance of reels and content to understand what resonates with the target audience.
- Share insights and recommend content strategies for better reach and conversion.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms and education industry trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong creative storytelling and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for graphics.
- Passion for education, international exposure, and helping students achieve their dreams.
- Prior experience in **education, counseling, or student-focused content creation** will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
