**Job Overview**:
The **Trainer** will be responsible for upskilling employees on various in-house software solutions. The role requires **excellent communication skills, a knack for teaching, and a basic understanding of compliance processes**. The trainer will also contribute to **training material development** to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured **training sessions for internal teams** on XBRL, GST, TDS, E-Sign, and other taxation in-house softwares.
- Develop and maintain **training materials**, including **presentations, manuals and recorded sessions**.
- Assist employees in understanding **software functionalities, workflows, and compliance requirements**.
- Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to **stay updated on software updates** and incorporate them into training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for **continuous improvement**.
- Address employee questions related to software usage and taxation compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Com graduate (or relevant qualification in taxation/compliance).
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- **Training Ability**: Passion for teaching with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- **Content Development**: Experience in creating **training PPTs, guides, and tutorial videos** is preferred.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Basic understanding of **GST, TDS, XBRL, and compliance processes**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
