**Entity and activity description** Air Liquide India provides innovative, responsive and customer focused services with the highest safety standards and over a wide product range, which improves the performance of our customers, while helping the environment.**

**Air Liquide India caters to an expanding merchant market network to which it supplies Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Helium and Specialty gases, through various supply systems - pipelines, tankers, cylinders, on-site plants or other specialized modes, depending on the product, location, and customer needs.**

**Missions and Responsibilities**
The mission of Asset (Cylinders / Dewars / Bundles) Controller is to monitor assets availability & utilization. of all assets. The asset controller is also responsible for verifying assets at customer sites and communicating asset statements with customers on a periodic basis to do the corrections in AL records with prior approval from Asset Manager-Cylinders. Additionally, he/she supports Operations and Distribution Officer to maintain all GTS handheld devices availability. Provide training to Operations and Distribution officers on effective utilization of GTS.
- Assets count at Customer sites: Verify assets count at any point of time with GTS, Gideons and physical availability at least once in a cycle of all customers and archive the signed documents. Prepare an action plan on discrepancies from time to time with all evidence and implementation.
- Support of Asset Manager-Cylinders for an analysis of comparison with Dashboard data and physical availability at the facility, coordinating with production In-charge time to time for corrections.
- Do a monthly Assets count and make sure it is matching with the books and system (GTS/ Gideons).
- Ensures CRF is correctly filled and approved before Delivery of assets to the Customer. Review a request with CRF for existing customers to increase or decrease stock and recommendations to FM and Asset Manager - Cylinders to make a decision.
- Interaction with IT and support the Distribution officer for GTS devices maintenance, Updating and accessories related to it.
- RTU bill check of each customer and circulates accordingly on a monthly basis.

**Competencies and Profile** Job Requirements - Educational Qualification & Basic Competencies**:

- Bachelors in Logistics / Transportation with 3-4 years of experience in the gas industry with experience in managing Cylinder filling stations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong team player
- Adaptability work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations
- Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
- Oral and written fluency in English and Hindi
