Research of the project & sourcing for new Suppliers & Vendors
- Compare & Evaluate offers from vendors
- Negotiate on terms & condition on prices
- Placing the order to vendors
- Tracking the order & ensuring timely deliver
- Review quality of the purchased products
- Monitor stock levels & place order when needed
- Coordinate with site engineer about the materials
- Managing the logistic
- Labour management on site
- Contractor/ vendors, Bill verification as per work order.
- Coordination with the project manager on daily basis to fulfill the requirement & get feedback of material quality issue
- Coordinate with management for material requirement schedule & ensure uninterrupted flow of material for Execution of projects
- Follow with vendors for GST Bills
- Identify and evaluate suppliers of civil engineering and construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and favorable agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine procurement needs and requirements for industrial projects.v Develop procurement plans and strategies to support project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is complete and properly organized including PO invoices.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets to control project costs effectively.
- v Provide regular updates to management on procurement metrics and key performance indicators.
- Prepare reports and analytic related to procurement activities, costs, and performance.
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
