Graphics Designer

A **Graphics Designer & Video Editor** is responsible for creating visual content that effectively communicates messages and ideas across various platforms. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and other design elements for websites, social media, print, and digital marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and execute design projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
- Ensure all design work is high-quality, visually consistent, and aligns with the company’s branding and style guidelines.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
- Add effects, transitions, graphics, and music to enhance the visual storytelling and maintain viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that effectively convey the intended message.
- Optimize video content for different platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

**Multimedia Production**:

- Create motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance video content and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the planning, shooting, and production of video content, including setting up equipment, lighting, and sound recording.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and multimedia tools to continuously improve content quality.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
- Maintain organized files and manage digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in 3D modeling, animation, or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to create content that supports them.
- Experience with photography and videography.

**Salary**: 14K to 25K per month
