Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and caring **female Preschool Teacher** with NTT or ECCE certification to nurture and educate children aged 2 to 5 years. The teacher will implement a creative and structured learning environment that supports early childhood development through play-based and activity-based learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging daily lessons and activities appropriate for preschoolers.
- Foster physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in young children.
- Maintain a warm, safe, and clean classroom environment.
- Support children in learning routines, self-care, language skills, and early concepts (colors, shapes, numbers, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s development and progress.
- Observe and document children’s learning, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Manage the classroom with patience, discipline, and empathy.
- Organize school events like annual functions, sports day, and celebrations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and school policies.
- Collaborate with other staff and attend training or staff development programs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)** or **ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education)** certification is **mandatory**.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early years setting.
- Excellent command of spoken and written **English**.
- Warm, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
- Ability to engage children through storytelling, music, craft, and interactive play.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
