**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
- Process transactions and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and presented in an appealing manner
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Proactively approach customers to promote sales, discounts, and other promotions
- Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and sales techniques

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail sales role, preferably in fashion or apparel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work weekends

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
