We are seeking a talented and motivated individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience to fill the role of Freight Broker, contributing to our continued success in the industry.

*Responsibilities:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers to facilitate efficient transportation of goods.
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable freight solutions.
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize freight routes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of freight transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates to clients.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role (minimum 6 months).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using freight management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Having active clients is a plus point.

*Experience and Education:*
- Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics (required).

**Salary**: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
