**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Sales**: Actively promote and sell real estate properties to potential buyers, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the buying process.
- **Property Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the properties within the company's portfolio, including their features, pricing, and benefits, to effectively communicate this information to clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online leads, referrals, and walk-ins. Work on converting leads into sales opportunities.
- **Property Tours**: Conduct property tours and viewings for potential buyers, providing in-depth information about the properties and addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, working to secure successful property transactions.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive activities to offer clients valuable insights.
- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements for property transactions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, ensuring that they are regularly updated and reported to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent education).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong passion for sales and a willingness to learn and adapt to the real estate industry.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior sales experience required.
