**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of selling SBI Bank credit cards.
- Provide information about different types of SBI Bank credit cards, their benefits, terms, and conditions.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable credit card products.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
