Programmer

Audio-visual (AV) Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, and configuring AV systems to meet the specific requirements of clients. primary focus will be on creating seamless, reliable, and user-friendly AV solutions for various projects, including conference rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, and other commercial spaces

**Responsibilities**
- Design and development of custom graphic user interfaces (GUIs) on control system touch panels and developing designs for complex audio-visual systems.
- Plan the creation and integration of program for the AV control system.
- Fix problems with AV systems and be able to fix complex problems with Audio, Video, Switching, and control systems.
- Do the programming training that manufacturers, trade groups, and company ask you to do?
- Work with audio visual engineers and customers/clients to come up with design for touch panels.
- Read and interpret AV systems drawings
- Gather program requirements
- Provide control system design and review audio visual design
- Create new modules and interfaces.
- Create technical standards, processes and procedures
- Provide programming and technical direction to project team when needed
- Mentor Jr. Programmers and rest of the team members.
- Control System programming design to meet requirements and system capabilities
- User Interface programming to meet requirements and system capabilities
- Install control programs and touch panel design onsite, offsite, and remotely.
- Perform commissioning and acceptance testing of code
- Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting as needed
- Demonstrate completed system to client
- Create programming-related documentation that let Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Kramer, BSS, Clear One, Biamp, and other control systems work together.
- Maintain and update programming and code in installed systems
- Maintain control code in version control repository
- Assist manufactures and customers with problem resolution as needed
- Travel to various job sites required

**Qualifications**
- Proficient with test and calibration equipment
- Proficient in programming languages
- Proficient in uploading and downloading software in embedded systems
- Proficient in control system design (Crestron/AMX/Extron) and any others pertaining to the AV Industry.
- Understanding of Audio DSP programming
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues
- Ability to diagnose and test complex system problems
- Advanced computer skills for the design, configuration, optimization and operations of AV equipment
- Understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting a plus

**Education, Experience**
- Diploma/Engineering or equivalent Degree
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
- AV Programming certificates like Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, etc.
- Two
- three year’s work experience in AV programming

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
