Proficient in interpreting client needs and customizing solutions by aligning the customer s business processes with Enterprise software capabilities

Experience with ITIL tools Jira and experience in SQL

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members

Roles and Responsibilities

REQUIRES INFOR LX Application Support Engineer who can support both technical and functional issues

Ensure the smooth operation of the Infor LX/BPCS system including regular updates and patches

Strong knowledge of Infor LX s supply chain manufacturing and finance functions

Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope schedule and quality

Work with developers to understand impacts of branches for code merges

Perform code merging build generation coordination of pre production verification with development team and coordinate the production release

Co ordinate the Go Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists
