Shift - 10 : 30 am to 07:30 pm
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and follow up on pending issues.
- Assist customers with navigating the website and placing online orders (if applicable).
- Monitor and respond to feedback on social media platforms (if applicable).
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
