**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assessing patients' conditions and recording observations.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes in their condition.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- **Collaboration**:

- Working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Participating in patient care conferences and contributing valuable insights.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
- Documenting patients' progress, treatments, medications, and any other relevant information.
- Ensuring compliance with documentation protocols and regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
