**What success looks like in this role**:

- Assist in the configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to network, storage, and compute resources.
- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments to support the growth of our cloud environment.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide on-call support and participate in the resolution of production incidents as needed.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
Seeking Junior CloudOps Engineer to take care of critical client delivery. As CloudOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Support and maintenance of Client’ infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in cloud operations and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Completed training in Cloud Operations and infrastructure support.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are desirable but not required.
