Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.

Customer Acquisition: Identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value.

Sales Presentations & Proposals: Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals effectively.

Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis: Tracking and analyzing sales data to inform strategy adjustments and prepare reports for management.

Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support.

**Skills**:Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.

Sales Techniques: Knowledge of various sales techniques and strategies.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and challenges.

Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Self-Motivation & Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve sales targets and a proactive approach to work.

Product Knowledge: Understanding of the products or services being sold.

CRM Proficiency: customer interactions and data.

Pay: ₹10,433.64 - ₹30,594.73 per month
