**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with research, trend analysis, and concept development for gown collections
- Collaborate with the head designer to create sketches, tech packs, and design boards
- Attend fittings and assist with patternmaking and garment construction
- Help manage and organize the fabric and trim library
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products
- Assist with the planning and execution of photo shoots and fashion shows
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the design studio and production area
- Other tasks as assigned by the head designer

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in gown production
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and têxtiles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work
- A passion for fashion, with an eye for trends and details

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
