The work to be performed by the Model Validation Principal shall include, but not be limited to the following:

- Ensure model validation process is in compliance with all requirements from Risk and Internal Audit
- Technical assessment of adequacy of the modeling data and assumptions
- Model performance and outcome stability assessment
- Model conceptual soundness and mathematical formulation
- Work with model owner to develop quantitative KPI to monitor the model usage
