**Responsibilities**:
Provide academic counseling and advising to international students, including course selection, degree planning, and academic progress monitoring
Assist students in developing and achieving personal and academic goals
Help students adjust to academic life and provide support for cultural adaptation
Work with the admissions team to support the recruitment and enrollment of international students
Develop and conduct workshops and programs for students on topics such as study skills, time management, and stress management
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other support services to provide comprehensive support for students
Required Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field
Experience working with international students preferred
Familiarity with higher education policies and procedures

**Skills**:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of issues facing international students
Fluency in English and one or more other languages preferred

**Education**:
