**Objectives of this Role**
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure content is aligning with the organization’s goals, as well as customer needs.
- Co-ordinate with vendors, designers and get the final correction incorporated after the QC
- Involve in all the stages of the content - from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to create original, customer & search engine centric content
- Should be able to write the content for internal and external communication
- Writing, Editing, and proofreading medical content. Writing should be comprehensive while ensuring technical information i.e. medical content should become easy for the masses to understand.
- Collaborate with the Design & Product team to develop marketing material.
- Produce well-researched content for publication online
- Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.
- Understand the best SEO best practices to produce content that drive organic traffic
- Edit content produced by other members of the team

**Skills**
- Medical and clinical knowledge is a must specifically experience into diagnostics industry
- Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
- Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Solid writing skills and strong in language and grammar
- Passion for research and scientific precision
- Ability to work as part of a team (of doctors and writers) as well as independently
- Excellent time management
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Qualifications: Graduate and Post-Graduate into medical stream
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
